The Governor of Manipur, Ajay Kumar Bhalla, in his capacity as Chancellor of Dhanamanjuri University, has appointed Prof. Chandbabu Singh W. as the new Vice-Chancellor of the university.<\/p>\n
The appointment has been made under the powers conferred by Sub-Sections (1) and (4) of Section 14 of the Dhanamanjuri University Act, 2017. Prof. Chandbabu Singh W. will serve a term of five years from the date he assumes office or until he reaches the age of seventy, whichever comes earlier.<\/p>\n
