Imphal, March 17, 2025: The Kangleipak Students\u2019 Association (KSA) has formally urged the Governor of Manipur, Shri Ajay Kumar Bhalla, to expedite the appointment of the Chairman and a vacant member position in the Manipur Public Service Commission (MPSC).<\/p>\n

In a letter addressed to the Governor, KSA emphasized the urgent need to fill the vacant posts, highlighting concerns over the paralysis in MPSC\u2019s functioning. The student body warned that the absence of key officials could lead to unnecessary delays and even possible manipulation of upcoming recruitment processes, affecting thousands of aspirants.<\/p>\n

KSA Secretary General Khiwaey, who signed the letter, stated that the organization remains committed to safeguarding students\u2019 interests and ensuring fair recruitment processes. The association also sent copies of the letter to the Chief Secretary of Manipur for further action.<\/p>\n

KSA has urged the authorities to take immediate steps to restore the commission\u2019s full functionality, ensuring that recruitment and other administrative processes proceed smoothly.<\/p>\n

The student body has vowed to continue advocating for transparency and efficiency in Manipur\u2019s education and recruitment sectors.<\/p>\n
