Singh claimed he planned to tour Shillong and Tawang, but has been untraceable since the early hours of April 5.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe last known location was Sonapur, after the toll gate. After that, the GPS was removed and all calls to him have gone unanswered,\u201d Borah stated. He further alleged that Singh has a history of similar behavior in previous cases.<\/p>\n<p>Borah filed a police complaint at Dispur police station on April 6.
