Mumbai, Maharashtra | April 25, 2025 \u2014 RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat strongly condemned the recent Pahalgam terror attack where victims were reportedly forced to disclose their religion before being killed. Speaking at an event in Mumbai, Bhagwat asserted, \u201cHindus would never do this,\u201d distancing Hindu values from acts of religious extremism.<\/p>\n
He emphasized that the current conflict is not a battle between religions or sects, but a deeper struggle between Dharma (righteousness) and Adharma (evil). \u201cOur soldiers or our people have never killed anyone by asking their religion,\u201d he said, contrasting such acts with the conduct expected from those who follow Dharma.<\/p>\n
Bhagwat called for national unity and strength to combat such evils, drawing parallels with the Ramayana: \u201cJust as Ram had to eliminate Ravana, evil must be destroyed for transformation to take place.\u201d He concluded by stating that the public expects the elimination of such threats, and that this expectation \u201cwill be fulfilled.\u201d<\/p>\n
