Imphal, May 1: The All Manipur Working Journalists\u2019 Union (AMWJU) has announced the results of its 2025\u201327 term elections, with Asem Bhakta Singh securing the position of President. The union also elected eight members to its Standing Committee, representing various prominent media houses of Manipur.<\/p>\n

In a strong display of democratic engagement within the media fraternity, the election witnessed participation from journalists across the state. The newly elected Standing Committee members are:<\/p>\n
