Manipur University has issued an office order directing all sections and departments of the institution to use Hindi in official noting and drafting. The order follows a decision taken at the meeting of the Official Language Implementation Committee held on August 8, 2025.<\/p>\n
According to the order signed by Registrar Prof. M. Premjit Singh, quarterly inspections will be conducted to review the implementation and usage of Hindi across the university\u2019s sections and departments.<\/p>\n
The directive, issued with the approval of the competent authority, has been circulated to the Vice-Chancellor\u2019s office, Finance Officer, Controller of Examinations, all deans, directors, officers, sectional heads, and other concerned officials of the university.<\/p>\n
