Hon\u2019ble Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha) from Inner Manipur, Dr. Angomcha Bimol Akoijam, today inaugurated a Common Workshed at the Ideal Girl\u2019s College Akaampat Relief Camp, constructed under the Member of Parliament Local Area Development Scheme (MPLADS) 2025\u201326.<\/p>\n

The newly built facility aims to serve as a shared workspace for the inmates of the relief camp, enabling them to engage in livelihood and income-generating activities. The initiative seeks to promote self-reliance and restore a sense of dignity and economic empowerment among the displaced families sheltered at the camp.<\/p>\n

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Bimol Akoijam highlighted the importance of community-based rehabilitation and reaffirmed his commitment to supporting displaced persons through sustainable and inclusive development measures.<\/p>\n
