The All Naga Students\u2019 Association, Manipur (ANSAM) marked the arrival of Th. Muivah, Ato Kilonser of the NSCN\/GPRN, with a symbolic gesture of pride and unity \u2014 the unfurling of the Naga National Flag at its office in Senapati district headquarters. The event underscored ANSAM\u2019s continued support for the Framework Agreement and recognition of the Naga flag and constitution.<\/p>\n
Extending a warm welcome to the veteran Naga leader, ANSAM President Angteshang Maring described the occasion as a historic and emotional homecoming. He said that after five decades, Muivah\u2019s return to Somdal village and the people\u2019s Oking at Senapati (Tahamzam) rekindled the collective spirit and pride of the Naga people.<\/p>\n
Calling Muivah a symbol of sacrifice and courage, Maring noted that the leader\u2019s lifelong dedication represents \u201ca song of conviction<\/em>\u201d for the Naga cause. \u201cThrough years of exile and endurance, he carried the hopes of a people who refused to be forgotten\u2013 a nation born of faith and destiny,<\/em>\u201d he said.<\/p>\n Maring also called upon the younger generation to uphold the ideals of unity and resilience that have defined the Naga movement. \u201cThis is the moment for every Naga youth and student to stand tall and be part of history \u2014 under one flag, one constitution, and one destiny<\/em>,\u201d he urged.<\/p>\n Concluding his message with a call for solidarity, the ANSAM President said, \u201cLet the hills echo with unity and our voices proclaim our loyalty.
