SSUM described the incident as a \u201c<strong>shocking administrative failure,<\/strong>\u201d exposing serious lapses in MPSC\u2019s verification and printing procedures.<\/p>\n<p>The union said the blunder highlighted <strong>grave negligence<\/strong> and a <strong>breakdown in confidentiality<\/strong> and <strong>quality control<\/strong>, thereby undermining the Commission\u2019s credibility and integrity.<\/p>\n<p>Recalling previous controversies, including the <strong>2016 examination fiasco<\/strong>, SSUM stated that such repeated mismanagement reflects \u201c<strong>institutional incompetence and a lack of accountability<\/strong>\u201d within MPSC, further eroding public trust.<\/p>\n<p>The union demanded that the MPSC issue a public apology and detailed clarification regarding the procedural failure.
