The Imphal Electrical Division-IV of Manipur State Power Distribution Company Limited (MSPDCL) has announced a planned power shutdown for consumers under the 11 KV Heingang Feeder.<\/p>\n
According to the press release, the shutdown will be carried out on 14 and 15 November 2025, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm<\/strong>, to facilitate re-conductoring of 11 KV lines under the RDSS project at Khabam.<\/p>\n The areas to be affected are Achanbigei, Khabam, Heingang Awang, Luwangsangbam Makha, and Matai.
