Raksha Nikhil Khadse; Secretary, Ministry of Youth Affairs, Shri Hariranjan Rao; Sports Ministers of Meghalaya and Mizoram; the Chief Secretary of Manipur; and senior officials from DoNER and other North-Eastern States also participated in the meeting.<\/p>\n<p>The HLTF reviewed the progress of ongoing initiatives and discussed a coordinated framework to strengthen talent pathways and high-performance systems across the region. Key issues deliberated included scientific coaching methods, competition structures, last-mile sports infrastructure, and the setting up of high-performance centres and academies.<\/p>\n<p>Union DoNER Minister Shri Scindia highlighted the \u201c<strong>One Sport Discipline \u2013 One State<\/strong>\u201d strategy as a crucial approach for structured, focused investment in sports development.
