The event was inaugurated by <strong>Dr. R.K. Radhesana Devi<\/strong>, CEO, SLNA, in the presence of <strong>Dr. R.K. Sunita Devi<\/strong>, Additional CEO, and <strong>Shri Ngangbam Rajesh Singh<\/strong>, Senior Finance Officer. Actress and influencer <strong>Ms. Soma Laishram<\/strong> attended as a special invitee.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-5903\" src=\"https:\/\/ichelnewsnetwork.com\/Ichel\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/IMG_4146-300x200.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The CEO stressed the need for soil and water conservation and urged stakeholders to take up activities such as bhoomi poojan, inauguration of completed works, cleanliness drives and tree plantation.<\/p>\n<p>A state-level social media competition on reel-making and photography was also launched. Four selected reels will receive \u20b950,000 each, while 50 winning photographs on Water Harvesting Structures under PMKSY WDC will get \u20b91,000 each.
