He has rescued the wild animal on 26\/11\/2025 and handed over to Shri A. Promeshwor Singh , RFO, Tousem on 27\/11\/2025.<\/p>\n<p>The Serow Fawn has been handed by Tamenglong Forest Division led by DFO, Tamenglong Shri Kharibam Hitler Singh &amp; staff of Tousem Range to Dr. L.
