She said persons with disabilities continue to excel across education, sports, culture, and the arts, and praised the talent and confidence displayed by participants.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-6111\" src=\"https:\/\/ichelnewsnetwork.com\/Ichel\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/D1-8-300x169.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-6112\" src=\"https:\/\/ichelnewsnetwork.com\/Ichel\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/D1-6-300x169.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><\/p>\n<p>She urged District Level Officers to prioritise disability inclusion by ensuring government schemes are accessible and user-friendly for PwDs. Collective effort, she added, is essential to build a more progressive and compassionate society.<\/p>\n<p>Chief Medical Officer Dr. L. Raichandra and District Social Welfare Officer Nikita Thangjam also attended the programme.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-6113\" src=\"https:\/\/ichelnewsnetwork.com\/Ichel\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/D1-7-300x169.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The event featured an Integrity Fashion Show along with cultural performances, including dances by students of Thangjing Special School, Moirang, and flute and Leima Jagoi presentations by students of Special School for PwDs, Nambol Mongjing.
