Saroj Khan (Young Writer Award \u2013 Literature, 2024).<\/p>\n<p>Wangkhei MLA Thangjam Arunkumar Singh graced the function as the chief guest, while Dr. R.K. Nayansana Devi, former Chairperson of the Manipur State Social Welfare Board, and S. Mangoljao Singh, former Chairman of the Film Forum Manipur, attended as special invitees. IPAK Films Production Secretary Rakesh Naorem was also present.<\/p>\n<p>Addressing the gathering, MLA Arunkumar Singh highlighted that Manipur\u2019s vibrant artistic traditions continue to earn global admiration and encouraged artistes to safeguard and uplift indigenous art forms.
