KSA Mourns Loss of Two Manipur Cabin Crew in Air India Crash
Imphal, June 14, 2025 — The Kangleipak Students’ Association (KSA) has issued a condolence message mourning the untimely demise of two young individuals from Manipur, Nganthoi Sharma Kongbrailatpam and Lamnunthem Singson, who lost their lives in the Air India Ahmedabad–London flight crash on June 12, 2025.
According to the statement, both individuals were serving as cabin crew on the ill-fated flight and died in the line of duty while selflessly assisting passengers. KSA praised their dedication and courage, stating that their service will be remembered with pride and honor.
The association expressed that the loss has created a deep void in the hearts of the people of Kangleipak, describing the deceased as individuals full of promise and purpose. KSA conveyed its unwavering support to the bereaved families and offered prayers for the eternal peace of the departed souls.
KSA President Sukham Bidyananda signed the condolence message, which concluded with a call for collective strength during this period of profound sorrow.
