Quarterly DLRC Meeting Held at Bishnupur to Review Banking and Credit-Linked Schemes
The District Level Review Committee (DLRC) meeting for the June Quarter of 2025 was held today at the Conference Hall of the Mini Secretariat Complex, Bishnupur, under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Smt. Pooja Elangbam.
The meeting reviewed the performance under the Annual Credit Plan (ACP) 2025–26 and discussed the progress of various government-sponsored schemes, including PMEGP, the Street Vendor Scheme, and ongoing financial inclusion initiatives.
Key issues such as Depositor Education and Awareness Fund (DEAF), Account and Re-KYC updates, and coverage of unbanked areas were deliberated upon to ensure wider access to financial services across the district.
The meeting was attended by ADM Bishnupur Shri Toijam Opendro, SDOs/BDOs, the Lead District Manager (RBI), DMM-NABARD, General Manager (DIC), District Mission Manager (MSRLM), bank officials, and representatives of local bodies.
Held quarterly under RBI’s Lead Bank Scheme, the DLRC meeting serves as a platform to review credit-linked government programs, strengthen coordination between banks and departments, and ensure effective implementation of developmental and financial inclusion initiatives in Bishnupur district.
