50 Acres of Poppy Cultivation Destroyed in Chandel District

Security Forces on November 22 destroyed around 50 acres of poppy cultivation at the Gobok hill range under Chakpikarong Police Station, Chandel district.

Poppy pods, poppy seeds and four temporary huts found at the plantation sites were also burnt during the operation.
