ALT Delegation Calls on Governor, Highlights Issues of Chandel District

A team led by BD. Ningwar, President of Anal Lenruwl Tangpi (ALT), called on the Governor of Manipur, Shri Ajay Kumar Bhalla, at Raj Bhavan, Imphal, on November 11, 2025.

The delegation submitted a memorandum outlining key grievances of Chandel district, including challenges in education, healthcare, infrastructure, road connectivity, and youth welfare. They also urged timely disbursement of scholarships, preservation of local language and culture, and improved administrative coordination for effective governance.

The Governor assured to look into the issues for the balanced development of the district.
