ARMED FORCES VETERANS DAY CELEBRATED IN JIRIBAM

The 9th Armed Forces Veterans’ Day was celebrated today at the Conference Hall of DC Office, Jiribam in which Deputy Commissioner, Jiribam Shri Krishna Kumar felicitated various ex-servicemen of Jiribam District. The programme was organised by District Administration, Jiribam.

Speaking on the occasion, DC Jiribam Shri Krishna Kumar extended his gratitude to the ex-servicemen who served the country in various capacities in the armed forces and added that it is because of their services the people of the country are living peacefully. The Deputy Commissioner also interacted with them and heard their grievances.

The ex-servicemen also thanked District Administration Jiribam for organising such a programme.
