Illegal Poppy Cultivation Destroyed in Kangpokpi District

Security forces conducted an operation to destroy illegal poppy cultivation at Thanglongbung under the jurisdiction of New Keithelmanbi Police Station in Kangpokpi district on Saturday.

During the operation, approximately four acres of illicit poppy plantations were destroyed, and four farm huts were set on fire. Authorities have registered an FIR, and further investigation is underway.
