MPSC Reschedules GS-III and GS-IV Papers to November 22 Following Paper Mix-Up
The Manipur Public Service Commission (MPSC) has officially rescheduled the General Studies Paper-III and Paper-IV of the Manipur Civil Services Combined Competitive (Mains) Examination 2022 to November 22, 2025 (Saturday), following the cancellation earlier today due to a question paper mix-up.
According to the latest notification issued by the MPSC, Paper-IV (General Studies-III) will now be conducted in the forenoon session from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, while Paper-V (General Studies-IV) will be held in the afternoon session from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The Commission clarified that the examination venues will remain unchanged, and the previously issued e-Admit Cards will continue to be valid for the rescheduled papers.
The notice, signed by Kh. Lalmanee Singh, Controller of Examination, MPSC, cited “technical issues” as the reason for the rescheduling.
Earlier in the day, candidates at both Imphal and Guwahati centres reported that the wrong question paper was distributed during the morning session, prompting immediate cancellation of both GS-III and GS-IV papers.
