NPP State Unit President N. Kayisii Passes Away
In a tragic development, MLA and NPP Manipur State Unit President, N. Kayisii of 49-Tadubi Assembly Constituency, passed away today at 1:30 PM at his official residence in Lamphel, Imphal. He had been battling a prolonged illness.
