Manipur Governor Briefed on Indo-Myanmar Border Fencing Progress

Manipur Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla was briefed on the ongoing border fencing work along the Indo-Myanmar border during a meeting at Raj Bhavan, Imphal, on Monday evening.

Lt. Gen. Raghu Srinivasan, Director General of the Border Roads Organisation (BRO), along with Maj. Gen. Ravroop Singh, Inspector General of Assam Rifles (South), and other Border Roads Task Force (BRTF) officers, met the Governor to provide a detailed update on the progress of the project.

The discussion focused on the current status of border infrastructure and strategic developments aimed at strengthening security and connectivity in the region.
