Man Arrested with WIY Tablets at Moreh Checkpost

Security forces arrested a man in possession of suspected narcotics at Moreh Gate No. 1, Assam Rifles checkpost, under Moreh Police Station in Tengnoupal district.

The accused, identified as Zamkholun Baite (40) from Songdo village in Churachandpur Sub-Division, Churachandpur district, was apprehended while traveling in a four-wheeler. During the search, security personnel seized seven packets of WIY tablets, weighing approximately 1.5 kg, along with a mobile phone and the vehicle.
