COHSEM to Issue Exam Forms for Class XI and XII from October 13

In a notice issued by the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur (COHSEM), examination forms for Class XI and Higher Secondary (Class XII) Examinations, 2026 will be available from October 13, 2025, on payment of Rs. 180 per form during office hours.

Heads of institutions and private candidates have been advised to collect and submit the completed forms with necessary fees and documents before the deadlines.

For Class XI, the last dates of submission are November 4 (without fine), November 14 (with Rs. 600 fine), and November 21 (with Rs. 840 fine). For Class XII, the corresponding dates are November 5, November 17, and November 24, respectively.

The registration certificate and enrolment statement for the academic session 2025–26 can also be collected from the COHSEM office from October 13, 2025.
