IRCS Manipur Briefs Governor on Ongoing Humanitarian Efforts

General Secretary of the Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS), Manipur State Branch, A. Nabachandra, along with three members of the IRCS Imphal East Branch, called on Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla at Raj Bhavan on Tuesday.
