PM Modi, Israeli PM Netanyahu Hold Phone Conversation; Reaffirm Strong Strategic Partnership
Prime Minister Narendra Modi received a telephone call from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Wednesday, during which the two leaders discussed ways to further strengthen the India–Israel Strategic Partnership.
Both leaders expressed satisfaction over the continued momentum in bilateral cooperation and reiterated their commitment to deepen ties for mutual benefit.
During the call, Modi and Netanyahu strongly condemned terrorism and emphasised their shared zero-tolerance approach toward terrorism in all forms and manifestations.
The two leaders also exchanged views on the situation in West Asia. Prime Minister Modi reaffirmed India’s support for all efforts aimed at achieving a just and durable peace in the region, including the early implementation of the Gaza Peace Plan.
The conversation ended with both leaders agreeing to remain in regular contact.
