NPP National President Conrad K. Sangma to Visit Manipur and Nagaland from October 9–11
The National People’s Party (NPP) National President and Meghalaya Chief Minister, Shri Conrad K. Sangma, will embark on a three-day tour of Manipur and Nagaland from October 9 to 11, 2025, as per an official notice issued by the party’s National Working President, James K. Sangma.
During his visit to Manipur, Mr. Sangma will arrive in Imphal on October 9 and hold a series of meetings with Meitei and Naga civil society organisations (CSOs), internally displaced persons (IDPs), and party MLAs and state executive members at The Classic Hotel, Imphal. He will also meet the Governor of Manipur later in the day, followed by a dinner with party leaders and functionaries.
On October 10, the NPP President will address the media at The Classic Hotel before proceeding to Kangpokpi for a meeting with local CSOs. He is scheduled to depart for Dimapur, Nagaland by road the same day.
In Nagaland, on October 11, Mr. Sangma will interact with NPP MLAs, ex-candidates, office bearers, and members of the party’s frontal organisations (NPWF and NPYF) at Hotel Zone Niathu by The Park, Dimapur. The visit will conclude with his return to Guwahati/Shillong later that evening.
Accompanying him on the tour will be Paknga Bage (General Secretary, Organisation), Saidul Khan (National Secretary), and Nickey Nongkhlaw (National President, NPYF).
