CM Khemchand Reiterates Manipur Government’s Support for NRC

Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh today reiterated the Manipur government’s support for the implementation of the National Register of Citizens (NRC), stating that the government remains committed to protecting the interests and concerns of the people.

Addressing the home-coming ceremony of surrendered KCP-Taibanganba cadres, the Chief Minister also urged people to shun violence, bandhs and blockades, stressing that peace and development must prevail in Manipur.
