Governor Inaugurates Manipur Global Buyers and Sellers Summit 2025

Imphal, October 10: The Governor of Manipur today inaugurated the Manipur Global Buyers and Sellers Summit 2025 at the City Convention Centre, Imphal.

In his inaugural address, the Governor emphasized Manipur’s growing role as a strategic gateway for global trade in the Northeast. He highlighted the state’s rich natural resources, creative talent, and resilient entrepreneurial spirit as key drivers of its economic potential.

The Governor also commended the increasing participation of local industries, women-led enterprises, and innovative MSMEs that are helping to connect Manipur with regional and international markets.

Expressing optimism about the state’s future, he noted that Manipur’s skilled human resources, expanding digital network, and developing trade routes will contribute significantly to inclusive and sustainable economic growth.
