PREPAK (PRO) Cadre Nabbed in Bishnupur Extortion Crackdown

Security forces arrested an active PREPAK (PRO) cadre, Pukhrambam Diamond Singh (33) of Bishnupur Awang Leikai, from Tera Urak crossing checkpoint today. He was allegedly involved in extorting the general public and local businessmen in Imphal East. A mobile phone was seized from him.
