Financial Outreach Camp Conducted at Rangkhung Village I, Noney
A Mega Camp on DEAF, ReKYC and Social Security Schemes was organised today at Rangkhung Village I in Noney district by the State Level Bankers’ Committee (SLBC) Manipur.


The camp drew around 80 participants from the village. During the programme, 15 Depositor Education and Awareness Fund (DEAF) accounts amounting to ₹60,624 were settled, providing long-pending funds to eligible beneficiaries.
The event was attended by Additional District Magistrate Shri Stiff Khapudang, MCS; Pranab Pegu, AGM, RBI; and officials from SBI, MRB, PNB, Canara Bank and CFL.
Aimed at boosting financial inclusion, the camp offered ReKYC services, created awareness on Social Security Schemes and ensured resolution of DEAF accounts, reinforcing efforts to bring essential banking services closer to rural communities.
