Speaker Th. Satyabrata Singh Extends Diwali Greetings to the People of Manipur

Speaker of the Manipur Legislative Assembly, Th. Satyabrata Singh, has extended his warm greetings to the people of Manipur on the auspicious occasion of Diwali, the Festival of Lights.

In his message, the Speaker described Diwali as a festival symbolizing the triumph of light over darkness and unity over division. He expressed hope that the glow of every lamp would reflect the strength and harmony of the land, serving as a timeless reminder of the human spirit’s power to overcome despair and disunity.

Th. Satyabrata Singh emphasized that Diwali lights the path of hope amid darkness and serves as a prayer for peace to prevail across Manipur. He urged people to use the occasion for healing, reconciliation, and mutual understanding, calling it a time for introspection and renewal of brotherhood and sisterhood that bind the state together.

“Just as the darkest night yields to dawn, so too will Manipur rise from this chapter, stronger and more united,” he stated in his message.
