10 Acres of Poppy Plantation Destroyed in Tengnoupal District

Security Forces, in collaboration with the district administration and the Forest Division, Machi, destroyed around 10 acres of poppy plantation on 21 November 2025.

The illegal cultivation was found in the hill range of Machi under Machi Police Station in Tengnoupal district. Authorities have intensified anti-poppy operations in the area as part of the ongoing drive against narcotics cultivation.
