Indian Army Hosts Water Preservation Lecture at Corner Stone School in Kangpokpi

In a continued effort to promote environmental responsibility, the Indian Army organized an awareness lecture on “Water Preservation” at Corner Stone School, Chingmang in Kangpokpi District of Manipur today.

The interactive session educated over 100 students and staff members on the critical importance of water conservation. Topics included rainwater harvesting, curbing daily water wastage, and adopting water-efficient habits in everyday life.

Highlighting the vital role of water in sustaining life, agriculture, and natural ecosystems, the initiative aimed to inspire young minds towards collective and sustainable action.

This initiative is part of the Indian Army’s broader mission to engage local communities and nurture environmental consciousness across the region.
